Candice Mitchum Lynch

Candice Mitchum Lynch is a Legal Search Consultant at Aspire Legal Search Group. She provides leading attorneys, law firms, and companies with insightful, consultative recruiting service that drives business success in a dynamic legal market. Candice specializes in recruiting and placing lateral associates and partners with leading regional, national and international law firms across Texas and throughout the country. She also has considerable experience with corporations, placing lateral attorneys in in-house counsel opportunities.

A native East Texan, Candice majored in marketing at The University of Texas at Tyler, then worked for a boutique legal recruiting firm in Dallas where she developed a keen interest in the industry. Prior to joining Aspire Legal Search Group, Candice was Senior Partner with a national recruiting firm in Houston. Candice currently lives in Boston while her husband attends the MIT Sloan Fellows program. She enjoys yoga, traveling and spending time with their twins, Tripp and Mary Calvin.
