Sophia Carrasco

Strategic Support Partner

Sophia is a Strategic Support Partner at Aspire Legal Search Group and an integral part of company operations. In her role, Sophia manages attorney outreach, connecting Partner, Counsel and Associates with opportunities available through Aspire. Sophia also coordinates many of Aspire’s outreach and marketing efforts, including research and data-compilation for our newsletter. Sophia also brings her keen organization skills to strengthen and maintain internal operations.

Sophia holds a bachelors degree in Politics with a minor in Business from the University of Dallas, where she was on the Dean’s List and Honor roll and served as President of the Pre-Law Society. In her free time, she enjoys hiking and spending time with her family (she has eight siblings!).
