Monica Pfeifer is a Legal Recruiter with Aspire. She specializes in recruiting and placing associate level attorneys with regional, national, and boutique law firms across the country. Monica works closely with law firms to truly understand their culture and practice and takes great care to match attorneys that will thrive in their new platforms. Open and friendly, she enjoys working closely with associates and guiding them through the lateral process. Prior to joining Aspire as a full-time Associate Recruiter, Monica interned with Aspire while in college, providing her with valuable market intelligence and experience. 

Outside of work, Monica is active in community service, volunteering with special needs children, Catholic Social Services, and a Women’s home among others. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Dallas in History with a concentration in Politics and was a Violinist with the University Chamber Ensemble and a NCAA Women’s Soccer Player.
