Miranda is a seasoned legal recruiter focusing on partner and group movements across the United States. She has over 14 years of experience placing Partners, Groups, Counsel, and Associates across the country. She is particularly active in the New York City, D.C., L.A., Colorado and Texas markets. She has authored several articles and has been quoted multiple times in major legal news publications on matters involving legal market intelligence and expertise.

Over the course of her career, she has developed an extensive network of relationships and gained inside knowledge about firms and partners across the country, allowing her to strategically match partners and law firms that align on multiple fronts: client base and industry, culture, and metrics.

Miranda likes to say she’s not from anywhere as she lived in several states growing up. She finished high school at 16, earned her bachelors at 19 and was in a Master’s program by 20. She earned her J.D. in 2007 and practiced law briefly before transitioning to recruiting. She resides in Denver, Colorado with her husband, daughter, and dog and enjoys hiking, skiing, and training in the circus arts.
